• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Education or Equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years teaching experience in Mainstream or Special Education
• Caring and committed to guiding children's learning
• Willing to use guided participation to help children think and learn flexibly
• Willing to collaborate closely with parents and other professionals working with the child
